Site work for an educational facility in Jefferson City, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.

Cooperative Extension Security Fence Proposals to demolish approximately 400 linear feet of existing chain link fence and replace with 8 ft Commercial 3-Rail Style Ornamental fence. Work includes two 16 ft. swing gates at front and back of buildings. Contractor shall verify all dimensions, elevations and site conditions prior to starting work Demolish approximately 400 linear feet of existing galvanized chain link fence and two (2) gates. This to include cutting line posts below grade, leaving concrete footings in ground, and removing terminal posts and concrete foundations. Haul away debris. Furnish and install new 8 ft. Commercial 3-rail ornamental steel fence. This to include 2 1/2" square posts dug and set in concrete footings on 8 ft. maximum centers with two (2) 16 ft. X 8 ft. tall swing gates at the entrance and back of building. Gates to be installed on 6 in. square posts dug and set in concrete footings. Front gate to include one Liftmaster MBE/WBE Percentage Goal: The bidder shall have as a goal subcontracting not less than ten percent (10%) MBE and five percent (5%) WBE and desired participation goals of fifteen percent (15%) MBE and ten percent (10%) WBE. The goals may be met using prime contractors, suppliers, joint ventures, or other arrangements that afford meaningful opportunities. pad (or equivalent), mounted automatic swing gate operator with keypad pedestal only, twelve (12)remote transmitters, one exit loop and one safety loop. Gate at rear of building to include automatic egress and one (1) heavy duty lockable latch. Gates shall have the same design as rest of fencing. All fencing should have a high triad accessory or equivalent to prevent anyone from climbing over it. Fasteners should be hidden if at all possible Bollards should be installed where applicable to prevent cars from hitting fence Contractor is responsible for all utility locates and may require hand digging in certain areas to protect utilities. Contractor is to restore any landscaping disturbed by digging and installation methods. Contractor is responsible to maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times
