Failure to include a 5% bid guarantee shall result in the rejection of your bid. Performance Bond: The selected ABATEMENT CONTRACTOR shall furnish a bond issued by a qualified surety authorized to do business in the State of Michigan as security for the faithful performance of this contract. The cost of the aforesaid bonds shall be paid by the ABATEMENT CONTRACTOR as part of the bid. The amount of the bond shall equal the Contract Amount. Payment Bond: The selected ABATEMENT CONTRACTOR shall furnish a bond issued by a qualified surety authorized to do business in the State of Michigan for the protection of all persons supplying labor and material in carrying out THE WORK. The amount of the bond shall equal the performance bond. Clinton County Regional Educational Service Agency (CCRESA) reserves the right to reject any or all bids per MCL 380.1267.
