The District intends to establish a pool of DSA Project Inspectors by an On-Going Project Inspector Services Agreement ("Project Inspector Agreement") with multiple firms or individuals providing DSA Project Inspector Services. The Term of each Project Inspector Agreement will be five (5) years. When the District develops a project subject to DSA jurisdiction ("Assigned Project"), the District will request proposals from the Respondents awarded a Project Inspector Agreement to complete DSA Project Inspector services for the Assigned Project. A Project Assignment Amendment ("PAA") will be issued to the Project Inspector Agreement of the Respondent selected to provide DSA Project Inspector Services for an Assigned Project. Notwithstanding award of a Project Inspector Agreement to a Respondent, DSA Project Inspector services will be provided only if a PAA is issued for an Assigned Project. The specific scope of DSA Project Inspector services for an Assigned Project, compensation for the Assigned Project and other terms of the DSA Project Inspector services for an Assigned Project shall be set forth in the PAA issued by the District for an Assigned Project.
