The Housing Authority of the City of Decatur, Alabama (DHA) has an immediate requirement to solicit interested qualified companies/individuals to provide correction to electrical deficiencies for approximate 75 apartment units. Contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment, to correct electrical deficiencies on approximately 75 apartment units and various common areas. See the attached scope of work for a detailed description of all deficiencies. Each firm that submits a bid is responsible to carefully review and comply with the following and/or the attached Terms, Conditions and Instructions, and by submitting a bid agrees to do so. Documentation of Insurance. Certificate of Liability Insurance listing Decatur Housing Authority as an additional insured must be provided upon an award of a contract.
