Contractor shall thoroughly clean all physical areas on which work is done or which are affected by the work. This shall be done daily after the work is complete. The contractor shall remove and transport from the site all trash, debris, scrap, waste, and other materials resulting from the contract service. Contractor shall secure, maintain, and pay all permits, fees and licenses necessary for the proper execution and completion of work. By submitting a quote, the successful contractor certifies that he/she possess, and will, prior to issuance of an award, contractor must present to DHA, proof and/or certification of the following: A copy of the business license allowing that entity to provide such services within the jurisdiction of Morgan County, Alabama. A copy of the bidder's license issued by the State of Alabama licensing authority allowing the bidder to provide the services detailed herein.
