Reference Number 0000257824 Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/10/28 02:00:00 PM EDT Bid Intent Deadline 2023/10/28 12:00:00 AM EDT The Conseil des Écoles Catholiques du Centre-Est (CECCE) as buyer acting on behalf of the Finance Department, wishes to issue a contract for Request for qualification for the commercial kitchen equipment repair service.The Conseil des Écoles Catholics of the Center-East (CECCE) as a buyer acting on behalf of its schools wishes to issue one or more maintenance and repair contracts relating to work in the field of commercial kitchen equipment, in CECCE buildings. Bids are submitted by region or by location (building). The buyer requires service offers for fixed price or hourly rate work to carry out the requested work as needed according to the demand of our schools. Depending on the buyer's needs, the requested work can be planned or emergency. This request for quotation applies to all maintenance and repair work for commercial kitchen appliances required by the Buyer's schools for which the Buyer's estimate is less than ten thousand dollars ($10,000). The successful respondent must offer emergency repair service that will be available to the buyer twenty-four (24) hours a day, 7 days a week. The successful respondent must obtain and pay all fees relating to the granting of permits or certificates required for the execution of the work. It is his responsibility to obtain all authorizations required from the authorities having jurisdiction over the work and to provide copies of these certificates to the buyer.
