Description of Work: Project is to construct a storage room in Suite 1514. Scope includes abatement, removal, and demolition of existing walls, ceilings, flooring, finishes, doors, windows, equipment, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and other building components, and the construction of a 2-Hour Rated Assembly at the perimeter of the project; providing HVAC, electrical, fire sprinklers, ceilings, flooring, finishes and other building components to create a 3,186 Square Foot storage space. Bid Security in the amount of 10% of the Lump Sum Base Bid, excluding alternates, shall accompany each Bid. The Surety issuing the Bid Bond shall be, on the Bid Deadline, an admitted surety insurer (as defined in California Code of Civil Procedure Section 995.120).
