General work description: Install 6 inch PCC curb and flatten grade The Department of Transportation (Department) will receive quotes for Construction On State Highway In Sacramento County In Sacramento At The West Elkhorn Boulevard Southbound Onramp. If your bid is over $388,000.00 it will be rejected per Public Contract Code 10105(b). Payment Bonds and Insurance will be required at time of Award if your Company is low bidder and awarded the contract. The Department establishes no DVBE Contract goal but encourages bidders to obtain DVBE participation. Contractor must have either a Class A license or the following Class C license which constitutes the majority of the work: C-12.
