The intent of this Request for Proposal ("RFP") is to obtain Proposals from Proponents for the supply, installation, maintenance and storage of holiday lights and decorations at several City locations, as further detailed herein. The Proponent will supply, install, maintain, remove and provide off-season storage of laser projection lights and City owned traditional Light-Emitting Diode ("LED"). For new equipment (not City owned), the Proponent should offer options for rental, lease to own, and purchase. The City intends to award a Contract for a one (1) year term from the date of contract award, with options for four (4) individual one (1) year renewals for a total possible term of five (5) years, in accordance with the attached terms, conditions and requirements.
