Renovation of a multi-residential development in Burnaby, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
In this project, the scope of work is roof replacement and membrane replacement in the patio. This project needs to be done by a RCABC approved roofing contractor roofer. We require a 10-year roof star warranty on this project and the warranty will be paid by the owner. We have a Registered Roof Observer (RRO) assigned for this project. The project scope of work includes but not limited: Remove existing asphalt shingles and associated roof assembly. Remove existing gutters and rainwater leaders (RWL). Remove existing SBS membrane at patios. Retain pavers and pedestals, and store them in a safe and dry location. Replace any damaged plywood, rake, or fascia boards prior to installation of the new roofing system. Supply and install new asphalt shingle roofing system including underlayment and ice water shield. Asphalt shingles must be on RCABC approved product. Supply and install new gutters and rainwater leaders (RWL). Supply and install new SBS membrane at patios. Reinstate existing pavers and pedestals. OTHER PROSPECTIVE BIDDER: Henderson Construction Award is subject to final approval.
