Renovation of a fire / police facility in Burnaby, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The Contractor is required to provide all necessary materials, supervision, labour, plant, tools, equipment, permits (gas, plumbing and all other related), insurance, overhead, transportation, and all the incidentals required for the following: 1. Supply and installation of four (4) new RTU's to match specifications of redundant units, adaptors to existing curbs, connection to existing supply and return ducting, gas and electrical hookups including but not limited to works related to mechanical, electrical, curb modifications, commissioning; 2. Installation of electrical; 3. Seismic restrain of new units; 4. Replace existing T-Stats and controls of RTU's systems; and 5. All proposed Works to be designed and validated by a EGBC Professional Mechanical Engineer complete with signed and sealed certification shop and mechanical drawings to the new system.
