Renovation of a detention facility in Kingston, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
The Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) requires the services of a qualified contractor to remove twenty-one (21) existing windows, and supply and install twenty-one (21) new windows, and eight (8) window grilles in the recreation building (JVJ04) at Joyceville Medium Institution. This is a two-phase invitation process. Bidders responding to this ITT must submit a bid in two phases. During Phase One, suppliers are invited to submit bids according to the selection procedure described below. Bidders will only have to submit the Phase One documents included in this ITT. Under Phase One CSC will assess Bidders qualifications and experience in order to determine which bids are responsive as described under SI05 Submission of Bids.
