Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Kingston, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Kingston (the City) is seeking to retain Construction Services for the purposes of repaving the parking lot at 100 Days Rd. in Kingston, Ontario. The parking lot was first installed during the construction of the Centre 70 Arena circa 1970 and now includes a total paved surface area of approximately 6,665 square meters. The work is to include removal and replacement of the existing paved surface, including areas of partial depth milling, and full sub-base replacement. Other minor scopes of work include traffic marking painting, installation of signage and installation of a clear stone trench along the parking lot's north perimeter.
