Site work for a water / sewer project in Elyria, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Furnishing of all labor, material and equipment for the Grove Avenue Waterline Replacement Project in Sheffield Township in accordance with plans and specifications prepared by the office of Ken Carney, Lorain County Sanitary Engineer. The work consists of replacing the existing six inch waterline with 1741 linear feet of 8" PVC along with new hydrants and service connections Each proposal shall contain the full name or names of persons and company submitting the proposal and shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope marked "Grove Avenue Waterline Replacement". The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informalities or irregularities if it is deemed in the best interest of Lorain County to do so. Any interpretation, correction or modification to the specifications desired shall be in writing to Jeff Armbruster, County Administrator, 226 Middle Avenue, Elyria, Ohio 44035, and must be received at least four (4) working days prior to the date of bid opening.
