This Project Includes the Construction of Approximately 1,184 Lineal Feet of New Pvc Storm Sewer (15" & 18"), 4 Precast Concrete Manholes, 890 Linear Feet of 6" Pvc for Laterals, 612 Sy Concrete Pavement (6" & 8") and 161 Cy Asphalt Concrete to Resurface Penfield Ave Between Foster Ave and Lowell St. In the City of Elyria, Ohio BID SECURITY: The bid must be accompanied by a bid guaranty. The bid guaranty must meet all requirements of Section 153.54 of the ORC and the Instructions to Bidders. The contractor will have until June 1, 2024 to substantial complete the project. The City reserves the right to waive any technicalities or informalities, to reject any or all bids received, and to accept any bid with any combination of alternates which is deemed most favorable to the City of Elyria, Ohio at the time and under the conditions stipulated in the project documents.
