Site work for a development in Cedar City, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a development.
The project is located on BLM administered lands approximately 29 miles north of Modena, Utah in Beaver County. Elevation of Atchison creek is approximately 6,800 feet. The work location is shown on the project area reference map attached at the end of this document. Access to the site: Access onto the project site is provided by a combination of paved highways and county dirt surface roads and un-improved two-track roads. Heavy equipment will most likely have to be walked into the job site. Haulers and material may also have to be staged off the county road and be hauled into the job site. It is recommended contractors visit the area prior to bidding to get familiar with the roads. Four (4) wheel drive vehicles are recommended in and around the project area. It will be the contractor's responsibility to get the equipment and supplies to the work site. Only questions specific to the site should be asked at the site. All other questions related to this solicitation, specifications, or bidding procedures MUST be asked in writing in SciQuest Question Deadline 10/18/2023 at 2:00 PM MT Project Performance Time: October 15 2023 - December 31 2023 or 60 calendar days from official Notice-to-Proceed (NTP)
