W., Windsor, Ontario N9a 6s4 2.chatham Campus – 1001 Grand Ave. W., Chatham, Ontario N7m 5w4 3.downtown Windsor Campus Centre for the Arts – 201 Riverside Dr. W., Windsor, Ontario N9a 5k4 Mediaplex – 275 Victoria Ave., Windsor, Ontario N9a 6z8 Td Student Success Centre – 305 Victoria Ave., Windsor, Ontario N9a 4m7 1 Riverside Dr. W., Windsor, Ontario N9a 5k3 333 Riverside Dr. W., Windsor, Ontario N9a 7c5 4.skilled Trades Regional Training Centre – 3403 St. Etienne Blvd., Windsor, Ontario N8w 5b1 5.woodland Hills Golf Course – 1919 County Rd 27, South Woodslee, Ontario N0r 1v0 The Purchaser is seeking a Proponent to provide custodial services for all sites in a cost-effective, operationally exceptional, and environmentally safe manner, and to maintain optimum conditions of cleanliness in a post-secondary education environment as further described in Schedule B: Specifications and Scope of Work. The Purchaser seeks to provide office and classroom facilities with a pleasing and clean environment for faculty, staff, and students, and seeks to create a welcoming image to visitors. The intent of the custodial services operations is not only based on cleanliness and maintenance of a pristine environment, but one that is also managed and monitored for excellence. Commercial General Liability Insurance in the amount of not less than $5,000,000 per occurrence and in the aggregate (including Products and Completed Operations) for third party bodily injury, death, and property damage. Coverage also to include Personal Injury; blanket Contractual Liability; Products and Completed Operations Liability for a period of no less than twelve (12) months pursuant to termination and/or completion of this contract; Board Form Property Damage; Cross Liability; Severability of Interests; Contingent Employer's Liability; Owner's and Contractor's Protective Liability; Non-Owned Automobile Liability; Limited Pollution Liability (if applicable); and Tenants Legal Liability (if applicable). The term of the Agreement is intended to be for a period of two (2) years, plus an optional three (3) one (1) year extensions.
