Questions received after this time may not be answered. The complete roadway project consists of two (2) phases. Phase II is solely the portion being bid by this invitation. Phase II will be constructed prior to Phase I with a required completion date of June 2024. Phase II will commence at the terminus of the proposed Phase I, extending north (existing City owned wastewater plant #3). Phase II is to be constructed on a combination of existing, acquired public rights-of-way and City owned land up to an existing CSX crossing. Phase II will be improved roadway construction with stormwater installations. The proposed road is to be two-lane (12' lane width) based on an approved cross-section and current FDOT Roadway Design Standards. EOR and CEI Services are contracted separately. Existing Infrastructure (entire project Phase I/II): o Two existing intersections (north and south end). o Unimproved road running through subject location in various spots. o Approx. 3,200 linear feet of existing 16 inch PVC water main. o Approx. 3,200 linear feet of existing 24 inch PVC reuse water main. o Approx. 3,200 linear feet of existing 24 inch PVC sanitary sewer force main. o Various above-ground appurtenances (valves, fire hydrant assemblies) o Wastewater treatment plant - WWTP#3. o Industrial manufacturing facility near proposed road. o Residential properties along corridor. o Private utilities not limited to: Electric, Cable, Gas
