Renovation of a mixed-use development in Marshfield, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 13,950-square-foot educational facility.

The Marshfield Safe Room consists of approximately 13,950 SF ICC-500 safe room with restrooms and a mezzanine. The safe room is connected to Shook Elementary by a traditional construction connector. There is a concessions area with restrooms also connected to the safe room. Each bid shall include a five percent (5% ) bid security in the form of a bid bond executed by the bidder and an approved Surety Company. All bidders must provide a sworn affidavit affirming participation in a federal work authorization program and stating that the bidder does not knowingly employ any person who is not authorized to work in the U.S. The contractor must comply with current Prevailing Wage laws and other statutory regulations as referred to in the specifications. This project is tax exempt. The Owner reserves the right to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder and to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality on all bids. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of twenty (20) days. All questions must be submitted by November 3, 2023.
