This project will consist of a base bid and two alternates. The base bid consists of reconditioning the City of Marshfield's 300,000-gallon spheroid Blue Jay Water Tower by sandblasting and coating the tower's exterior, spot repairs on the water tower's interior wet area, and structural modifications. Bid Alternate 1 consists of interior dry sandblasting and coating. Bid Alternate 2 consists of the addition of a logo on the Blue Jay Tower.
