Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Marshfield, Missouri. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The City of Marshfield is requesting sealed qualifications from Engineering firms (Consultant) to provide Civil Engineering services for infrastructure and site improvement projects based on the Concept Design developed as part of the Patriot Park Master Plan. These projects could include, but not be limited to grading, street and parking improvements, storm sewer and development of a SWPPP, site utilities, public utilities, erosion control, and vehicular access. The contracted services to be performed will be to furnish all the required labor, materials, equipment, parts and supplies necessary for Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents and Specifications, Bidding, Construction Administration and Construction Review to include construction permit review approvals through the appropriate governing authorities. The City reserves the right to approve all consultants that make up the team that may be required for the completion of a project. The Concept Design for the Patriot Park full build-out has been completed and will be provided to the awarded consultant. The awarded consultant may be required to coordinate with the Architect of Record for additional Design Development of the scope, potential phases of Work and overall design intent of the Patriot Park Master Plan.
