If the license information requested for General Contractor, Architect, Mechanical Engineer, Structural Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Civil Engineer, Landscape Architect, Geotechnical Engineer, HVAC Subcontractor, Electrical Subcontractor, Security Electronics Consultant, and any other design or specialty consultant is not provided, or any of them do not possess current California licenses, then the Design-build Entity will receive a score of Fail for this question. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
