The Intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain the services of a qualified General Contractor to construct two (2) Fire and Rescue Storage Buildings. The project requires one (1) pre-engineered metal storage building, inclusive of all supporting infrastructure, to be constructed at each of the following existing fire stations: -Dulles South Public Safety Center located at 25216 Loudoun County Parkway, Chantilly, 20152 (Parcel Identification Number: 165-40-6267) -Moorefield Station Public Safety Center located at 43496 Moorefield Boulevard, Ashburn, 20148 (Parcel Identification Number: 089-25-8906) Each storage buildings shall be heated and insulated in accordance with the current Virginia Energy Conservation Code.
