Renovation of a municipal facility in Pickering, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
MPAC is soliciting bids for general contracting tenant improvement service to carry out construction of the renovation of the 10th floor of our Pickering workplace. The new layout will provide staff with a refreshed work café, large flexible training and meeting space and lounge area. Location: 1340 Pickering Parkway, Pickering, ON L1V 0C4 The renovation area is approximately 3,696 square feet, on the top level of a multi-tenant commercial office building. Access to the suite is by passenger elevator, the building is equipped with a loading dock. MPAC is currently the tenant 10th floor, as well as on the main floor, and floors 6, 7, 8 and 9.
