Site work and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Nanaimo, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This Negotiated Request for Proposals (the "NRFP"), as may be amended from time to time by Addenda is an invitation by the City to prospective and qualified Proponents to submit proposals for the Midtown Gateway Phase 2B project. The construction generally consists of underground municipal infrastructure replacement, and an extensive amount of new street infrastructure including concrete curb, gutter and sidewalk, asphalt bike paths, asphalt multi-use paths, asphalt surfacing, traffic signal hardware and electrical (including fibre optics), streetlighting, grading, landscaping, and all other work shown on the Contract Drawings.
