Renovation of a residential development in Rolla, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment necessary for, and incidental to, construction of this project as indicated on Drawings and specified herein. b. Work shall include everything requisite and necessary to finish work properly, notwithstanding that every item of labor or materials or accessories required to make project complete may not be specifically mentioned. c. General Description of Work: (1) Project consists of replacing the existing fire alarm system notification and initiation devices to existing fire alarm systems in Residential Commons 1 & 2. The existing systems are horn/strobe systems and the existing fire alarm control panels shall remain and be reused as they have been recently replaced in both Residential Commons 1 & 2. (2) Demolition shall consist of removing existing horns, horn/strobes, strobes, duct detectors, smoke detectors, heat detectors, control and monitor modules, fire alarm power supplies, selective wiring, and all other appurtenances Provide and install new horns, horn/strobes, strobes, duct detectors, smoke detectors, heat detectors, control and monitor modules, fire alarm power supplies, fire alarm control panel, wiring and all other appurtenances for a complete system. (4) Electrical work shall consist of new wiring from existing panelboards to new fire alarm power supplies and reconnection to new fire alarm control panel. Work shall be performed under this Contract on Missouri University of Science and Technology Campus, at Residential Commons 1, 710 Tim Bradley Way and Residential Commons 2, 1575 Watts Drive, Rolla, Missouri 65409
