Florenceville Snow Removal THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH that for and in consideration of the covenants and conditions herein contained and the payments to be made as hereinafter specified, the performance of each and every of the said covenants and conditions as well as the said payments being hereby expressly declared to be a condition precedent and of the essence of this agreement, the parties hereto agree. The parties hereto agree that the winter season shall be from the first snowfall in the fall to the last snowfall in the spring. The Party of the Second Part shall provide winter maintenance services as necessary on all highways and roads covered by this contract from November 1, 2023 until April 30, 2024. The payment of the Party of the Second Part by the Party of the First Part of the sum as hereinbefore set out shall be in 6 equal installments of $ plus HST for the 2023-2024 winter season, the first of which will be dated November 30, 2023 and the last which will be dated April 30, 2024.
