As of November 29, 2023, project was awarded to Bomar Construction, awarded amount is $19,101.50. Deadline for questions, submitted on the IonWave page (Bid Number: UA32-78) by October 30, 2023 at 8:00 AM. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any and all informalities, and to disregard all non-conforming responsive or conditional bids. Requirements of the City of Upper Arlington Affirmative Action Program are applicable. Each bidder must ensure that all employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, creed, color, sex, sexual orientation, religion, national origin, age, handicap status, or veteran status. Scope includes: o Demolition of roughly 8 feet of lower cabinets, countertop, and sink. Debris must be removed by vendor, no onsite dumping. o Replace with new 10 feet of base cabinets, upper cabinets, countertop, stainless sink with disposal, and new dishwasher. Dishwasher, microwave will be purchased by the vendor. o Electrical work for the refrigerator, disposal, and microwave must be performed by the vendor.
