Renovation of an educational facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Jacobsen Construction Company, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Contractor") has been selected by Division of Construction and Facilities Management, hereinafter referred to as "Owner", to be the Contractor for new construction of the Spencer Fox Eccles School of Medicine at the University of Utah, hereinafter referred to as the "Project". Contractor invites qualified trade contractors and vendors (hereinafter referred to as "Subcontractor") to submit bids for the applicable Work Scope: - GFRC - Metal Panels The intent of this RFP is to select a Subcontractor to construct the GFRC and Metal Panel Cladding systems using a value based selection. GFRC and Metal Panel Scopes will be submitted and scored separately. Questions during the bidding process regarding bid procedures, Work Scope requirements, or construction documents should be addressed in writing to Contractor c/o Shaun Robbins at srobbins@jbuild.com. No others are to be contacted about the Project.
