Reference Number 0000258037 Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/11/07 04:00:00 PM CST Natural Resources and Northern Development requires a Level-4 planting contract for the hand planting of 1,055,761 over-winter seedlings on Crown lands throughout the Eastern (South) region of Manitoba The purpose of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to solicit bids from qualified Bidders to provide the services as described in Appendix "A" attached and for Manitoba to enter into an Agreement with the Service Provider whose bid is judged to best serve the interests of Manitoba when evaluated in accordance with the stated evaluation criteria. The Agreement is anticipated to commence on April 30th, 2024 and shall continue until May 24th, 2024. commercial general liability insurance covering claims for personal and bodily injury, death or damage to property arising out of the Service Provider or its officers, employees, subcontractors or agents providing Services under the Agreement, or as a result of any negligent acts or omissions of the Service Provider or its officers, employees, subcontractors or agents. Such insurance shall provide coverage of not less than five million dollars ($5,000,000) per occurrence.
