Completion and Liquidated Damages The Work Must Be Completed by No Later Than August 29, 2025. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Completion Date Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of Three Thousand ($3,000.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed.
