As of October 2025, the project is in Phase 1, which includes planning, design, and community engagement. The Phase 1 is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2026. The project is in the environmental approval process. Jacobs has been selected as the Program Manager for the California Hydrogen Hub. Project Locations: Port of Los Angeles, Port of Long Beach and Oakland. Major power plants in Northern and Southern Californian, Lancaster, CA and on the reservation of the Rincon Band of Luiseño Indians.
