A full scope of projects included in the California Hydrogen Hub has not been determined. The hub scope is still under negotiation with DOE. Project Locations: Port of Los Angeles, Port of Long Beach and Oakland. Major power plants in Northern and Southern Californian, Lancaster, CA and on the reservation of the Rincon Band of Luiseño Indians. The Phase 1 scope of work is planning and development activities which is anticipated to be up to 18 months. Jacobs has been selected as the Program Manager for the California Hydrogen Hub.
