Upgrade/twinning of the existing 600mm diameter Caledonia Road Water Transmission Main. The scope includes approximately 2000 meters of 750mm diameter water transmission main from Sheling Lane to the intersection of Breeze Drive and Waverley Road. TIMELINE: Halifax Water is soliciting proposals for the provision of engineering services relating construction administration services. The Consultant will confirm the work has progressed to the value indicated; the work conforms with the Scope of Work and this Contract; and payment is authorized for the amount certified to the appropriate party. The consultant will provide a review and evaluation of the work for general conformity with the Scope of Work and this Contract; the results of any required tests; correction of deviations detected prior to or after completion of the work that is; the subject of the certificate for payment; and; any specific qualifications stated in the certificate for payment.
