Construction shall include the interior layout for the facilities offices, restroom, and warehouse space. MEP design will include new electrical meter and service to the facility. It will include plumbing design as needed for each building. Site lighting and HVAC design for each building is also included. Additional Civil grading, paving and drainage improvement are included in the site plan improvements. 2.2 Central Service Center Generator: We will remove the option to modify the crew room generator, incoming service, disconnects and distribution panels to feed the mechanics shop and its subsequent loads. We will design a new 60kW generator, automatic transfer switch and foundation to provide backup power for the mechanics shop and all the buildings it supplies. 2.3 West Service Center Generator: We will remove the option to have a single generator provide service to both the truck shop and the administration building. We will design a new 60kW generator, automatic transfer switch and foundation to provide backup power for the administration building. We will modify the drawings for the truck shop to use the existing transfer switch with our original generator design to serve only the truck shop with no provisions to feed the administration building.
