2023 Watermain Improvements - TH95 The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities: 6,800 S Y Remove & Replace Bituminous Pavement 2,050 L F Remove and Replace Concrete Curb and Gutter 1,700 C Y Excavation - Common 300 C Y Excavation - Subgrade 1,000 L F Water Service (Boring - sizes vary) 600 L F Water Service (Open Cut - sizes vary) 1,400 L F 8" PVC Watermain (Open Cut) 500 L F 8" PVC Watermain (Horizontal Directional Drill) 2200 L F 8" PVC Watermain (Pipe Bursting) The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of North Branch Water & Light shall comply with the provisions of the statute. The Commission reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any Bids received without explanation. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days.
