Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in North Branch, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the construction of a 3,264-square-foot municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Proposals are being taken for the construction of a new post frame Town Hall shell building for Sunrise Township In general the work consists of a 3,264 square foot wood framed pole type building with metal roof and walls. The building site has been excavated on the property located on the east side of Sunrise Road (Cty #9), 1/4 mile north of Ferry Road. Construction is anticipated to start winter 2024. A Certificate of Insurance including proof of Workman's Compensation Insurance as well as Builders Risk Insurance shall accompany each proposal. The builder's standard written warranty is to accompany each proposal as well. No bidder may withdraw their proposal for a period of thirty (30) days after the proposal due date. Sunrise Township reserves the right to refuse any and all Proposals. Sunrise Township reserves the right to select the proposal which it feels is in the best interest of the Township.
