Janitorial Services. MHFPC needs six (2) full-time contract cleaners to assist facility Housekeeping Department & state janitorial employees with janitorial tasks throughout the facility (approx. 364,802 sq ft total). This contract calls for cleaning staff only; facility will provide cleaning supplies & equipment. Term is nine (9) months with two (2) optional nine-month renewal. Interested vendors should review the attached Contract Boilerplate and IFB document. The Program Work Plan is contained in Appendix D (pp. 24-25) of the Contract Boilerplate. All written questions regarding this solicitation must be sent in writing to peter.rogers@omh.ny.gov by Tuesday, November 7, 2023 by 3:00pm ET. Questions and answers will be compiled by the OMH Bureau of Procurement Enterprise Services and sent to all potential bidders by Tuesday, November 14, 2023. Questions and Answers will also be posted to the New York State Contract Reporter ad for this solicitation.
