Contractor shall refer to the 2020 Michigan Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Construction. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities, and further reserves the right to accept any bid or parts of bids which it deems to best serve the interest of the City. In addition, contracts will be awarded pending City Council budget approval.
