Reference Number 0000333253 Bids are requested for a one-year term contract with two, one-year renewal options for the "as needed" substation equipment maintenance, testing, and repair services, as per the specifications contained herein. -Provide all labor and test equipment to clean, test, calibrate, lubricate, thermographic image and repair/replace the list of substation equipment. (on-site) - Provide all labor, materials and equipment to provide the specified services - All services shall meet the NETA Standard for Maintenance Testing Specifications and OEM requirements - Testing of equipment to make sure it works as designed - Cleaning of equipment shall be completed to ensure the unit is free of dust & dirt and to properly lubricate - Test reports shall be provided for all equipment serviced - Workmanship warranted for one (1) year from the date of service - Provide new unused equipment - Provide engineering services Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Insurance Required Purchase Type Duration: 1 year Option: two, one year renewal The following licenses and certifications shall be held and kept current by the Contractor at all times during the life of the contract. NETA Certified Technician Professional Electrical Engineer
