The intent of this bid call is to obtain an offer for each Trade Contract to perform the Work to complete Trade Package TP #06B: Mechanical & Electrical for the entire Health Centre(Laundries and Health Centre combined), and is located at Northside Health Centre, North Sydney, NS, for a Stipulated Price contract, per Trade Package, in accordance with the Contract Documents. The purpose of this NPP is to provide interested parties with an opportunity to have a one-to-one Commercially Confidential Meeting ('CCM') with he Government of Nova Scotia (Province) and Build Nova Scotia (BNS). By arranging these sessions in advance of the procurement, interested suppliers will have an opportunity to bring forth any new or innovative trends about their products or business. Build Nova Scotia (BNS) and The Department of Public Works (DPW) are seeking expressions of interest from mechanical and electrical contractors with extensive healthcare construction experience, to execute the mechanical and electrical scope of work for the new Northside Health Centre project.
