PROJECT DESCRIPTION The project consists of the following work at the Casper Business Center, 123 West 1st Street, Casper, Wyoming 82601: o Sampling & Testing of all potential asbestos containing materials (ACM). o Engineered drawings for each floor where ACM must be mitigated by abatement or encapsulation. o Project Manual to include complete bid documents, contract documents, and project specifications. o Bidding Support to include project cost estimate, conducting a pre-bid meeting, answering bidder requests for information, review of bids, recommendation of award to City of Casper. Abatement Start Date October 1, 2024 Abatement Completion Deadline January 3, 2025 Bid Documents Distributed on ONLINE July 16, 2024 The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
