Renovation of a municipal facility in Casper, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The project will consist of replacement of siding and soffits at the Casper Regional Office All questions shall be submitted no later than Thursday, November 16, 2023 by 1:00 p.m. on the Public Purchase online bidding system. This establishes the replacement of siding and soffits services for the Casper Regional office building owned by the Wyoming Game and Fish Commission (hereafter Commission). The life of the contract will begin January 1, 2024 and continue through until December 31, 2024. WORK REQUIREMENTS: a) Supply a sufficient quantity of 28-guage steel material to replace the siding and soffits. The material should have a 50-year fade warranty. b) Provide 3/8 foam insulation for installation under the siding. c) Wrap the exposed wood around the windows in the same color as the siding. d) CONTRACTOR shall butt soffits up against windows and rock facing as closely as possible. e) CONTRACTOR will install siding and insulation over existing siding. f) CONTRACTOR is responsible for obtaining all necessary building permits g) The building may have existing exterior HVAC components, plumbing, electrical installations, downspouts, drains, etc. CONTRACTOR is responsible for removing and replacing these exterior components, as necessary. h) Where necessary, CONTRACTOR shall replace existing rotted and/or warped siding with appropriate sized plywood. i) The soffits do not need to be insulated, but should be vented, as required for this installation.
