Proposals will be considered by the Wyoming Transportation Commission on January 18, 2024. Each Proposal Must Be Accompanied by a Proposal Guaranty in the Amount of 10% of the Total Bid. The Guaranty May Be in the Form of a Bid Bond, Cashier's Check, Certified Check or Bank Money Order, Drawn on a Reliable Bank and Made Payable to the Wyoming Department of Transportation. Cashier's Checks, Certified Checks or Bank Money Orders Must Be Received in the Office of the Purchasing Manager on or Before the Time and Date of the Bid Opening, Copies Will Not Be Accepted. The Proposal Guaranty Shall Be Given as a Guarantee That the Bidder Will Execute the Contract Documents if the Contract is Awarded to Them. All Proposal Guaranties Will Be Returned After a Satisfactory Contractor's Bond Has Been Furnished and the Contract Has Been Fully Executed With the Successful Bidder. The Successful Bidder Must Within 20 Calendar Days After Notification of the Award, Deliver to the Department a Contractor's Bond in the Amount of 100% of the Bid, as Security for the Faithful Performance of the Contract. The Bond Must Be Submitted on the Department's Form and Shall Meet All Statutory requirements as to form and execution. The Wyoming Department of Transportation has retained a Consultant to prepare the Plans and Specifications for this project. Any questions concerning this addendum should be posted to Public Purchase. 1. Removal of existing roof system in its entirety. Includes the removal of a spray on urethane roofsystem over rigid insulation and metal roofing. 2. Installation of a new roof system in its entirety. Includes the installation of rigid insulation, tapered insulation, EPDM single-ply membrane including all necessary flashings as indicated within the contract documents as well as potential replacement of existing materials where damaged as outlined in the unit cost and contingency allowances. Contractor shall be responsible to adjust gutters/downspouts and drains as required for proper drainage Also includes the modification of existing parapet walls, curbing, and flashings to increase the depth of the roofing system. This also includes installation of new standing seam metal roofing and trapezoidal metal roofing as identified on drawings.
