Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Casper, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the construction of a 25,000-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility.
**1/15/26: This is a solicitation to short-list qualified contractors to submit construction bids. Documents were sent directly to short-listed contractors.** The contractors that are qualified from this RFQ will be invited to submit a bid for the project, which consists of construction of a new, approximately 25,000 SF, fish hatchery facility. The new facility will be constructed at the existing Dan Speas Fish Hatchery, after removal of the existing raceways. The new facility will allow the Wyoming Game and Fish Department to raise warm water fish species. This is not a request for bid. The State of Wyoming is not obligated by this announcement to award any contract. All questions shall be submitted on the Public Purchase website by 5:00 p.m. MT on October 23, 2025.
