Site work and asbestos abatement for a mixed-use development in Casper, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; and for asbestos abatement for a educational facility.
Natrona County School District No. 1, 1038 N. Glenn Road, Casper, WY 82601 (owner), will receive sealed bid proposals for the Asbestos Abatement at Various Schools (2024) throughout the District in Casper, Wyoming and Midwest, Wyoming area. The work includes abatement of non-friable asbestos-containing materials (ACM) from flooring and mastics, cove base mastic, thermal systems insulation and removal of roofing tar on penetrations in specified areas of (4) locations . Work will be completed during Spring/Summer of 2024. The Site Map in the Specification document will show the locations of this project. Bidders and sub-bidders having questions, requiring clarification, interpretation or any RFIs (Request for Information) regarding the procurement documents shall make a written request via email to Dan Benecke, Project Manager at Foothills Environmental, Inc. at dan@foothillsusa.com, with a copy to Doug Tunison, Project Manager at douglas5594@myncsd.org. Interpretations, corrections, and changes of the contract documents shall be made by Addendum no later than December 22, 2023.
