The work shall consist of removing the existing concrete, sandblasting the exposed steel reinforcing bars, cleaning the bonding surfaces of the existing concrete to remain, replacing any damaged or severed reinforcing, and furnishing and placing Rapid Set Cementitious Patching Material at the locations indicated on the plans and any other location designated by the engineer. The construction shall be in accordance with this Specification and in reasonably close conformity with the Plans or as established by the Engineer.
