This project is to repaint the Devils Gate High Bridge railroad trestle located within the Historic Georgetown Loop Railroad. This project an integral part of The Colorado Historical Society's continuing efforts of maintenance and upgrades to Historic the Georgetown Loop. Historic Rail Adventures, LLC (HRA) manages all on-site operations at the Georgetown Loop Railroad, the key business at the Park. The Railroad is in operation from midSpring to early-winter and holidays (depending on snowpack), and the selected Contractor must not inhibit it from operating on schedule in any manner. The Contractor will coordinate all work activities and logistics with an on-site HRA and Smith Engineering Project Managers and will meet with them each Monday, or a predetermined scheduled to discuss the week's work efforts.
