As of November 3, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. The approval of accepting the bid is on the agenda for City Council to approve on 11/6/23. Description of WORK. The proposed WORK is officially known as Emerick Sports Complex Parking Lot Improvements and is further described as follows: Expansion and hot-mix asphalt paving of the parking lot on 6th Street at the Emerick Sports Complex. CONTRACT Time. The CONTRACTOR shall complete the work by December 15, 2023, after the issuance of Notice to Proceed. Method of Payment. Monthly upon submittal of Engineer approved pay estimates. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond, bank cashier's check, bank draft, or certified check for not less than ten (10) percent of the amount of the bid made payable to City of Wood River 6. Rejection of Bids. The OWNER(S) reserves the right to waive technicalities or to reject any or all proposals as provided in the Standard Specifications.
