Provide Emergency sewer cleaning and sewer line inspections of NBC assets on an as needed basis. Vendor service shall consist of cleaning of sewer lines, clearing of sewer backups/ blockages and mainline/ lateral camera inspections of NBC sewer assets and facilities per the following Narragansett Bay Commission (NBC) specifications. 1) NBC IS A RI PUBLIC CORPORATION AND IS EXEMPT FROM RI STATE SALES TAX. 2) VENDOR MUST CITE ANY EXCEPTIONS TO NBC SPECIFICATIONS ON SEPARATE ATTACHED COMPANY LETTERHEAD, DATED, REFERENCING THE NBC BID NUMBER, WITH AN AUTHORIZED COMPANY SIGNATURE AS WELL TYPED NAME & TITLE OF SIGNATORY. 3) VENDOR'S PRICE, (HOURLY RATE) TO INCLUDE ALL DELIVERY, SETUP, MATERIAL AND LABOR CHARGES ASSOCIATED WITH EMERGENCY SEWER LINE CLEANING AND SEWER LINE INSPECTIONS OF NBC ASSETS. 4) VENDOR MUST (ON COMPANY LETTERHEAD) ATTACH A SEPARATE SCHEDULE OF ANY OVERTIME RATE WITH APPLICABLE DAYS AND HOURS, IN TE UNLIKELY EVENT OF NBC NEED. 5) BLANKET AGREEMENT IS FOR TWELVE (12) MONTHS. NBC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO EXTEND FOR UP TO THREE (3) ADDITIONAL TWELVE (12) MONTH PERIODS. 6) INVOICE ONLY AT MONTH END. 7) ANY QUESTIONS REGARDING THIS BID CAN BE ADDRESSED TO ANTHONY DIIORIO VIA EMAIL AT ADIIORIO@NARRABAY.COM BY NO LATER THAN OCTOBER 26, 2023 AT 3:00 PM. 8) NBC WILL MAKE ONE BID AWARD TO THE LOWEST RESPONSIVE AND RESPONSIBLE BIDDER. 9) ONE (1) ORIGINAL AND ONE (1) COPY OF VENDOR'S BID MUST BE SUBMITTED.
